Senator Boxer toured Calexico to witness the damage caused by magnitude 7.2 earthquake that hit the Imperial Valley on April 4th. Many areas of the County have some degree of damage but the City of Calexico was most heavily battered.

Senator Boxer visited the I-215 widening project in San Bernardino. The project is partially funded with ARRA funds. It will create jobs, relieve congestion, improve air quality and assist local communities in their economic development efforts.
