Today President Obama signed into law a bipartisan transportation bill that will save or create about 3 million jobs while investing in America’s crumbling roads and bridges.  As Chairman of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, I chaired the House-Senate conference committee that produced this vital legislation.
